The infamous Greenspace team are responsible for looking after these along with all the Council's assets, facilities and amenities which support the health and fitness of our community and improves the overall quality of life for residents and visitors to our district. The Greenspace Team manage a diverse range of community buildings, parks and reserves, trees and native landscapes and streetscape features (including the fairy lights) throughout the district including parks and reserves space, libraries, beach communities, public toilet facilities, playgrounds and the Rangiora Airfield.
