The Infrastructure Resilience Team lead Council’s approach to natural events such as floods and earthquakes and play a lead role in the response and recovery from events, as well as identifying and leading projects to improve the Council’s resilience and readiness for future events. They manage the Flood Recovery Programme, investigations and public communication as well as identify future capital works, initiate maintenance activities following natural hazard events and are involved in capital works design and contract administration.
The Team consists of a Team Leader, two Engineers and an Administrator.
