We are currently recruiting a Casual Minute Taker. This role involves taking meeting minutes for a diverse range of networks across the community, social and health sectors.
To be successful in this position you will demonstrate significant experience in:
• Taking meeting minutes
• Administration
• Community groups or organisations
We are looking for self-motivated people with competent written communication skills.
You will need to manage the taking, preparation and distribution of meeting minutes for diverse portfolios, in a timely manner.
You will have good listening skills and be suitably confident to seek clarity where necessary.
It would be advantageous to have been involved with community-based governance groups or committees. Being willing to bring energy and enthusiasm will be a plus!
