Administration Assistant - Roading
Our Utilities & Roading Unit plays a vital role in maintaining our district's roading network, and we're looking for an enthusiastic Administration Assistant to support our team.

Our Utilities & Roading Unit plays a vital role in maintaining our district's roading network, and we're looking for an enthusiastic Administration Assistant to support our team.
What you'll be doing:
- Keeping things running smoothly with efficient data entry, filing and document management
- Coordinating meetings, agendas, bookings and minutes
- Supporting contracts and projects with reports, letters and admin processes
- Ensuring databases are kept up to date and accurate
- Documenting system and process changes
- Responding to queries from across the Unit and Council
- Assisting with mail merges, diary/email support and other administrative tasks
- Administering service requests and purchase orders
What makes you the right fit?
- Solid admin experience, ideally in a similar role
- Comfortable with repetitive tasks in a dynamic environment
- Detail-focused with a proactive, solutions-driven mindset
- Highly organised and able to prioritise under pressure
- Strong customer service skills, enjoying engagement with diverse stakeholders
- Confident with Microsoft Office, especially Word and Outlook
